This is the most economical way to purchase your beef! You will receive a mix steaks, roasts, hamburger meat and miscellaneous cuts delivered to your home. The total price for a whole steer carcass is $3300-$3600 (depending on the size of the steer) and we ask for a $500 deposit to hold your animal. Once we have received your deposit we will contact you with the details of your animal and the delivery date. Please note that sometimes the wait for a whole carcass could be a couple months depending on availability.
