This is the most economical way to purchase your beef! You will receive a mix steaks, roasts, hamburger meat and miscellaneous cuts delivered to your home. The total price for a half carcass has run between $1600 -$1800 (depending on the size of the steer) and we ask for a $400 deposit to hold your animal. We base the price off of the carcass weight and charge $6/lb. Once we have received your deposit we will contact you with the details of your animal and the delivery date. Right now the wait for a 1/2 carcass is about a month to allow for dry aging and processing
